S.T.A.T.E. TOGETHER
For parents who want to get on the same page - and stay there.
Coaching for two parents

YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN.
you love each other.
And you still find yourselves on opposite sides of the parenting conversation more often than you'd like.
Maybe one of you is more instinctively firm, the other more instinctively gentle - and your children have found exactly where the gap is.
Maybe one of you has been doing the reading, the reflecting, the inner work - and feels increasingly alone in it.
Maybe you're genuinely aligned on your values but find that under pressure, you each default to something different.
You're not failing as parents. And you're not failing as a couple. You're two people with different nervous systems, different histories, and different default patterns - trying to show up for your children while also showing up for each other.
S.T.A.T.E. Together is for couples who want to do that - together, and properly.
We'll work on understanding your individual patterns and how they interact, and build practical strategies you can both use - a shared approach that holds, even under pressure.
What Makes This Different
Most parenting support is designed for one person. And while individual coaching is powerful, it has a limit - if your partner isn't in the same place, the changes one of you makes at home only go so far.
S.T.A.T.E Together works with both of you - but not always in the same room.
The programme includes joint sessions where you work on shared vision, shared language and shared strategy.
And individual sessions where each of you does the deeper work separately - exploring your own triggers, your own patterns, your own history - without having to manage the other's response while doing it.
This combination is what makes it work. You each gain real clarity about yourself. Then you bring that clarity back to each other.
This is not couples therapy. We are not working on your relationship. We are working on your parenting partnership - which is a meaningful distinction. You don't need to feel like something is wrong between you to benefit from this. You just need to want to parent better - together.

what life could look like...
Imagine both of you finally on the same side. Not agreeing on everything - that was never the goal. But understanding each other well enough that the gaps between you stop being where your children fall through.
Imagine a hard moment with your child where instead of one of you stepping in and the other stepping back - or both of you pulling in different directions - you move together. Calmly. With a shared sense of what you're doing and why.
Imagine your partner seeing you - really seeing what you've been carrying, what you find hard, what you need from them in the moments that matter. And you seeing them the same way. Imagine conversations about parenting that don't end in frustration. Not because you've stopped disagreeing, but because you have a shared language now, and a shared intention underneath the disagreement.
Imagine your children feeling the difference. The steadiness of two parents who are genuinely working together - not perfectly, but consistently and with care.
This is what it looks like when two people stop parenting at each other,
and start parenting with each other.
